Delivery & Returns Policy


We currently only deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland. 

Delivery usually takes between 3 - 5 working days from receipt of your order but may in some cases take longer. Our main courier is An Post. 

In busy periods and public holidays please allow up to 7 working days.

If your order contains multiple items we will send this via An Post, each label will state how many boxes in total within your consignment. 

These delivery rates apply for parcels under 20Kg. For large orders or orders over 20Kg please contact us for rates.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. Studio B does not take responsibility if the address you provided is incorrect. We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. 


We really hope you love your new items from Studio B however in circumstances where you wish to return your purchase, you must notify us in writing within 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase. You will then have a further 14 days to return it to us. Subject to the product being in the same condition and original packaging that it was delivered to you, a full refund will be provided. Any and all refunds that may be provided will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For any returns, please note the following; 

  • Purchased goods need to be returned at your own cost, intact, in the same condition as it was received, and in the original packaging.
  • A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced in your custody (you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession).
  • When returning by post we suggest taking out additional postal insurance with your provider and use tracked postage. Please retain proof of postage, as Studio B cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as toiletries or beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds processing
Once your return is received it will be inspected in our fulfilment warehouse who will let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns may take 12-14 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution, please allow 10-14 days for your bank to show the funds. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
